Ein Vorab-Hinweis bzgl. der Parkplätze für Tagesgäste wäre am Anreisetag hilfreich gewesen.
Eine bessere Absprache hinsichtlich des gemeinsamen Abendessens mit den Tagungsgästen wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Hier wurde erst von einem Mitarbeiter der Gastronomie gesagt, dass das Essen im Tagungsraum serviert werden solle und für Verwirrung gesorgt hatte. Bezüglich des Abendessens wäre eine proaktive Rücksprache des Hotels über den Ablauf und das Menü hilfreich gewesen.
Der zweite Tag inkl. Mittagessen war sehr gut organisiert.
Insgesamt in Ordnung.
